Beloved musical brothers Oteil Burbridge (Dead & Company) and Kofi Burbridge (Tedeschi Trucks Band) have announced a very special yoga class, to take place in the afternoon of April 29th during Jazz Fest in New Orleans, LA. The Burbridges will head to Higher Power, a yoga studio just a short walk from the Fairgrounds of the main event, and participate in one of their yoga classes led by Taraleigh Weathers. The brothers will be providing the perfect musical soundtrack to flow with, followed by ample time for a meet and greet.The Burbridge brothers have been hard at work lately, cutting a new album with Neal and Alan Evans of Soulive. The “Brothers” EP is sure to contain some serious funk that’s fun for the whole family. The Burbridges will also be on hand for the One Eyed Jacks tribute concert, hosted by The Nth Power in a tribute for Earth Wind & Fire. The class will focus on relaxing, grounding postures, to help stretch out your overworked dance muscles. Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, has said that the Real Madrid Football Academy in the state would be completed in August to enable it start full academic activities in September this year.He said the new deadline is predicated on the fact that the contractors claimed to have lost 28 days because of the COVID-19 pandemic.Wike extended the completion date when he visited the project site of the Academy at the Yakubu Gowon Stadium in Elekahia, Port Harcourt, to inspect the extent of work done.
