In just a few short weeks, the Disc Jam Music Festival will return to Stephentown, NY for four glorious June nights. Scheduled from June 9-12, the festival will see performances from Dopapod, The Dopapod Orchestra (!), Electron, Kung Fu, TAUK, Pink Talking Fish, Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, The Nth Power, Consider The Source and so many more!In celebration of their upcoming event, the festival has released some pristine footage from last year’s event. The footage highlights a performance from Electron, the all-star supergroup featuring Marc Brownstein (Disco Biscuits), Aron Magner (Disco Biscuits), Tom Hamilton (American Babies/Joe Russo’s Almost Dead) and Mike Greenfield (Lotus). Once these guys get rocking, there’s just no stopping them!The group starts out with “This Is Your Time” and segues into the Disco Biscuits’ own “Confrontation,” before looping into “Miracles” and coming back to “Confrontation.” This massive block of songs ends with “And The Ladies Were The Rest Of The Night,” another Biscuits classic, for a total of 42 straight minutes of jammed out funky goodness.Watch it all go down below:Tickets for Disc Jam 2016 are on sale now and can be found via the festival’s official website.
